The agreement
These are the terms between you and Vidar Mail. They are short because the service is.
Who it binds
The agreement binds the account and everything under it: every key, every inbox, and every agent that acts with those keys. The holder of a key answers for what is sent with it, whether a person typed it or an agent composed it.
Your part
You are responsible for the mail that leaves your account and for holding the consent or the relationship that your rule requires. The four rules page is part of this agreement. Sending under a rule means keeping it.
Our part
We run the service with care. We may slow, hold or stop sending that threatens delivery for everyone else, and we will tell you why and what would change our mind.
We keep your mail until you delete it and we keep it to ourselves, as the what we keep page says.
As it is
The service comes as it is. We promise care, not that any particular message will land; what happens on the receiving side is not ours to promise.
Our liability for anything that goes wrong is capped at the fees you paid for the period in which it went wrong.
Changes
Changes to this agreement are posted on this page with the date they take effect. Using the service after that date is agreement to them.
